Shipping:
Parenta Pharmaceuticals distribution center will process orders within 48 hours from receipt of order. All orders requiring same day shipping must be received by 2:00 pm EST. Orders will be shipped by carrier selected by Parenta Pharmaceuticals and will be shipped FOB destination with freight and insurance prepaid. It will be the responsibility of the Customer to pay any shipping costs incurred if requesting special shipping and handling requirements. If an order is not received in a reasonable time, please notify our Customer Service Department immediately.
Minimum Order Requirements:
All orders of $250.00 or more will be shipped prepaid. An additional shipping and handling charge of $25.00 will be added to purchase orders that do not fulfill minimum order requirements.
Orders and Pricing:
All orders are subject to acceptance by Parenta Pharmaceuticals. You will be promptly notified of any price discrepancies when order is received. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, excises or other charges levied by any government agency upon the sales, consumption or use of the products listed herein. Backorders:
All backorders will be cancelled after 60 days unless otherwise stated by customer.
Returns:
Returns will be handled in accordance with our Return Goods Policy.
Damaged Product:
Even exchange or credit will be allowed for loss of damage evident at delivery time if noted on the carrier's delivery receipt and reported to Parenta Pharmaceuticals within five (5) days. Concealed loss or damage must be inspected by carrier within fifteen (15) days after delivery and carrier's inspection report must be forwarded to Parenta Pharmaceuticals.
Product Recall:
In the event of a confirmed failure, a recall initiated by Parenta Pharmaceuticals or a recall ordered by a government agency, Parenta Pharmaceuticals agrees to pay for the return goods, postage and other fees determined reasonable by Parenta.
Order and Shipping Errors:
Products shipped in error by Parenta are subject to 100% credit on the return of the product(s) if returned in the original condition. Parenta Pharmaceuticals must be notified of error within ten (10) days of receipt of product and returned within thirty (30) days of receipt. This policy includes over shipments, short shipments and ordering errors caused by Parenta.
If discrepancy is due to customer error there will be a 20% restocking fee incurred for the return of product(s). Customer must notify Parenta Pharmaceuticals within ten (10) days of receipt of product and must be returned in its original condition. Refrigerated product is not eligible for return.
Parenta Pharmaceuticals warrants that at the time of shipment the product(s) shall (I) be free from defects in material and workmanship; (II) be in compliance with applicable law and all regulatory requirements of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act; (III) be manufactured in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices and comply with all applicable labeling requirements. Parenta Pharmaceuticals only promotes and warrants products for use according to approved labeling indications. Please reference the package insert for full disclosure information.
Parenta Pharmaceuticals makes no other warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Parenta Pharmaceuticals be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, irrespective of whether attributable to breach of warranty.
Force Majeure:
Parenta Pharmaceuticals will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform on any contract, or supply any products, when such delay or failure is caused directly or indirectly by acts of God; substantial changes in economic conditions, acts of government or military authority or persons claiming or exercising such authority; casualty; riot; acts of buyer; strikes or other labor difficulties; shortage of labor, supplies, fuel, water, energy or transportation facilities; or any other cause beyond Parenta's control or the control of any of its suppliers.
Confidential Information:
Buyer agrees on behalf of itself and its employees, agents, representatives and/or personnel; (I) that none of them shall make use for themselves nor any other persons or entity, nor disclose to any person or entity and techniques, methods, scientific data, financial, marketing, research, product, customer or other confidential information and/or proprietary information in connection with Parenta (collectively, 'Confidential Information') and (II) to keep the Confidential Information secret and confidential at all times.
